Richard manages Landcom’s urban development projects in Sydney’s south west and the Illawarra.
He has more than 20 years experience in the property industry, having worked in both the public and private sectors in the fields of land development, building, urban design and planning.
Richard also manages Landcom’s Builder Co-ordination Group.
