Felicity works directly with development teams to identify project specific opportunities on a range of sustainability initiatives and to improve Landcom's overall performance in environmental management. She is responsible for overseeing Landcom's sustainability reporting and environmental management system. She is also involved in developing environmental policies. Felicity has a particular interest in building greater corporate understanding of and support for Landcom's sustainability performance and works on new initiatives designed to advance Landcom's reputation for excellence in sustainability throughout the property sector.
Felicity has worked across the public, private, parliamentary and non-profit sectors. She has a BA majoring in Biology, Government and Public Administration, and a Masters of Environmental Management.
