Overview
One of Australia's most anticipated urban renewal projects, Green Square Town Centre (GSTC) is a mixed use development that will create a vital new hub for Sydney's inner south. Landcom's vision for GSTC is to create Sydney's first global village with an identity evoking some of the world's great urban villages such as Soho, New York; Shoreditch, London or parts of Copenhagen and Manchester. Over 10 years, GSTC will evolve as a landmark residential, commercial and retail hub ideally suited for life and business in the global economy, capitalising on its location on the booming CBD to Airport corridor, 5 km from the City and Airport.
The project is a chance to create a new 14ha Town Centre from scratch and involves up to 410,000sqm of total floor space with plenty of open spaces, parks and piazzas. It is expected to be home to around 5,500 residents and a further 7,000 employees. Landcom is delivering GSTC with the City of Sydney and the support of the NSW Government.
