For Governments and Corporations
As a Government agency, Landcom's charter is to ensure that the Government's urban design and environmental policy is delivered. Part of that responsibility involves partnering with government agencies and corporations to create new communities.
In a sense, Landcom acts as a conduit to getting things done between various areas of government, delivering good public policy and generating benefit for the people of NSW, at no cost to them.
