Raj, Melinda and daughter, Christina moved into their new Fowler Home in Oran Park Town in July 2011. Following a one year stint overseas, the family returned to Sydney looking for a new place to call home. Having previously lived in the North West, they scoured land estates in the north and south and settled on Oran Park Town because of the excellent value it represented.
Raj and Melinda are looking forward to the new shops and the town centre and say it can’t come soon enough. Christina is also looking to attend one of Oran Park Town’s schools in the future. According to the Kumars, Oran Park Town offered them “the opportunity to buy a block of land and build their beautiful home for a price that was just right.”
The Kumars believe that Oran Park Town’s location is also a bonus. “The south is a lovely part of Sydney and here at Oran Park Town we have easy access to the Hume Highway and M5, there are great transport networks to the city and we’re not that far from the beaches of Wollongong.”
