      Rouse Hill Town Centre

    The New Rouse Hill features Australia’s first regional town centre to demonstrate a comprehensive approach to world class social and environmental sustainability. The New Rouse Hill will become home to up to 1,800 dwellings for around 4,500 new residents. Landcom set the sustainability vision for Rouse Hill, and continues, on behalf of the Department of Planning, to ensure the vision is implemented by the Joint Venture Partners The GPT Group and Lend Lease.

    PRECINXTM is a mathematical planning and design tool to evaluate the sustainability of a neighbourhood or large urban development project. It can be used to assess key aspects of a project’s social, economic and environmental performance. PRECINXTM is designed to assist land developers, urban planners and regulatory authorities make decisions about new urban development.

  • Eco-Living Display Homes

    Landcom has partnered with Clarendon to deliver the Eco-living Display Homes project at The Ponds in Sydney’s north-west. Under this project, three display homes will showcase innovative sustainability concepts and design. The materials and products used will reduce the environmental impact of a project home and integrate best practice design principles.
