    Rouse Hill Town Centre

    The New Rouse Hill features Australia’s first regional town centre to demonstrate a comprehensive approach to world class social and environmental sustainability. The New Rouse Hill will become home to up to 1,800 dwellings for around 4,500 new residents. Landcom set the sustainability vision for Rouse Hill, and continues, on behalf of the Department of Planning, to ensure the vision is implemented by the Joint Venture Partners The GPT Group and Lend Lease.

It can be used to assess key aspects of a project’s social, economic and environmental performance. PRECINXTM is designed to assist land developers, urban planners and regulatory authorities make decisions about new urban development.
