Universal Housing Design Guidelines

Landcom's Universal Housing Design Guideline is a finalist in the National Disability Awards to be awarded by the Department of Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs.
The Guidelines aim to encourage mixed communities by providing homes where people can 'age in place.'
It has been used by the Commonwealth Government as a key resource for the national Liveable Housing Design Guidelines.
